Summer 2020 information
We offer you the service of transporting your luggage so that you can cycle the Véloroute des Bleuets in peace. We will take your luggage to all accommodations certified by the CITQ.

* Important information
Before coming to our rental center in Alma, you must have completed the reservation form and have reserved all your accommodation.
Arrival of luggage guaranteed in your accommodation between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Your luggage must be ready at the reception of your accommodation by 9 am.

COVID-19 baggage policy:
all open type baggage are procrit. We only accept closed baggage.

Departure from Péribonka or Chambord: $ 17.25 taxes included

Additional luggage during the stay: $ 17.25 taxes Included per luggage
Modifications during the stay: $ 23.00 taxes Included per Modification
Cancellation during the stay: $ 23.00 taxes Included and refund of the difference.
Parking policy
Equinox Aventure welcomes a number of customers every day, many of whom use a vehicle. This policy specifies that it serves as a backdrop to the regulations governing the use of spaces for parking.
Operating mode
Luggage deposit and payment are made at 750 Rue Price O, Alma, QC G8B 4T4.
Then, you must park your vehicle in the authorized parking lot of the véloroute des bleuts: 1030 Rue de la Gare O, Alma, QC G8B 4L8, located 450 meters from the drop-off location.
Responsibility
All parking users undertake to comply with the operating mode, its regulations and the indications placed for them in the parking areas.
Equinox Aventure is not responsible for theft or damage caused to vehicles or bicycles parked in any of the parking areas.
The application of this policy is the responsibility of Equinox Adventure employees who reserve the right to take all appropriate measures to ensure compliance with the policy and the regulations resulting from it.
Luggage must be of reasonable weight, those that cannot be transported by a single employee will be refused, maximum 50lbs.
